This Ministry of RPCT is dedicated to raising Christ-centered leaders who serve with integrity, wisdom, humility, and a heart for God’s Kingdom. We believe that strong leadership is essential for a healthy church and effective ministry.

To equip and empower leaders through biblical teaching, mentorship, and practical training so they can serve effectively, strengthen the Church, and impact their communities for Jesus Christ.

Identifying, mentoring, and developing future church leaders.

Providing biblical leadership training for pastors, elders, deacons, ministry leaders, and volunteers.

Equipping leaders with practical skills in ministry, administration, and servant leadership.

Promoting spiritual growth, accountability, and ethical leadership.

Organizing leadership seminars, conferences, and workshops.

Encouraging teamwork, unity, and excellence in every area of church ministry.
